1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return
You are eligible for an exchange or return under the following conditions:

Faulty Hardware: If the laptop has a technical or hardware fault that was not mentioned.

Wrong Product: If you received a different model or specifications than what you ordered.

Damaged on Arrival: If the product was damaged during shipping (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following must apply:

The laptop must be in the same physical condition as it was delivered (no new scratches, dents, or cracks).

All original accessories (chargers, power cables) must be included.

The internal security seals of Ewetechpk must be intact. If the laptop has been opened or repaired by a third party, the warranty is void.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds: We primarily offer exchanges for a similar or better model. However, if we cannot provide a replacement, a refund will be processed.

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund (if applicable) will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 3 to 5 working days.

Deductions: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Return Shipping

If the product is faulty, Ewetechpk will cover the return shipping cost or provide a solution.

If you wish to exchange the product for a different model due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the two-way shipping costs.
